How to find us

Based at Brookside Farm in Croglin, Cumbria, UK, a picturesque fell side village between the Pennines & the River Eden.

The four walls of the former barn, now our leadership HQ, have provided protection & nurture for sheep for more than 130 years & now provide a safe & comfortable space to spark inspiration to help you & your team grow.

Our beautiful 1790s converted barn is your home for the duration of your experience, purpose built for hosting groups, to inspire, motivate & support imagination & idea generation.

Step outside and you are greeted with a stunning panoramic of the Cumbrian countryside and a 21-acre holding in the pastoral glory of Croglin Fell, where leaders from some of the country’s top companies and industries have been developing leadership skills using sheepdogs and herding techniques since 2014.

Our partners tell us that the location, and particularly the barn, is a home from home experience.

Brookside farm is home to the Red Shepherdess and the Jackson family; there is a warmth and familiarity to the place that promotes calmness, tranquillity and space for self-development.

When with us you will be fully catered for with a delicious variety of home-cooked food that includes breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. We meet all dietary and allergy needs; even keto recipes are on the menu!
