New Leaders - Working Together Accelerator - 1 day event

This experience was designed in partnership with one of our private sector clients who chose modules to support leadership skills development for a group of individuals who were just starting their leadership journeys. They were individuals taking on their first line management and team leading responsibilities.

Senior Leaders - Leading Transformation - 2 day event

This experience was designed in partnership with one of our public sector clients who chose modules to support leadership skills development for a group of individuals who were forming a system leadership team that had to work beyond organisational boundaries and come together to lead place-based system transformation. They were individuals with experience of leading within their own organisations and all at director, senior and middle management.
